It was a fine gig. It was clear that they have mainly – maybe almost exclusively – traditional acts, so a singer-songwriter was probably a bit of a departure for them. Nevertheless, I believe the good people of Melrose enjoyed the songs – at least judging by the warm welcome I was given.
An old friend turned up, whom I hadn’t seen for many, many years.
